I took the car to be serviced, asked them to diagnose the error and inform me, I mentioned that I need the car and I don't want to leave it standing there for two days. No one was informed when I arrived at the place, I found the car left outside, two lamps removed and nothing else was done. I said that I want to take the car, they calculated 120 euros for what? I mentioned that I won't pay because I don't know what to pay for. It started to say things that were not there, every now and then. The prices are inadequate, the work is not done to the end and they lie and cannot answer questions. I do not recommend it.

The office is interesting. 👇Several aspects: 👉Communication is friendly, pleasant, (administrator); but: 👉They lie and do not even blush about the deadline for the work (the deadline was 1 week. The car was fixed after 3 weeks) and the performance (which is very difficult to prove, so this is just my opinion, which I will explain later) (electrician); 👉Prices are inadequate, calculated using an incomprehensible, unexplained formula (electrician); 👉When you call, you do not receive information, they say they will call back, but do not call back (administrator). 👇And now about the work, prices and the premise of lying: 👇The car was brought to the USA to be Europeanized, to clear errors and to run turn signals to the mirrors. 👉The taillights were taken to Kaunas to be Europeanized (they do not do it themselves), it took about 2 weeks. Well, they did not see the hell, they said the price was about 200-250 e; The lamps came back only then other work started + another week (total 3 weeks), why nothing was done during those two weeks, it is unclear. 👉Not all errors were cleared (cruise control, steering wheel airbag error not cleared, said that it may be because the airbag was replaced) (price unclear, something was forgotten, did not say); 👉Wires were routed to the mirrors (price unclear, something was forgotten, did not say); 😑Total paid for the work was 460+vat. Do your own thinking, dear ones, the cost of clearing errors? Well, let's say 100 e+vat😯 or can routing wires to the mirrors cost 160e+vat? Good question🤔 I think everything is fine, the puddle didn't see it, I paid the money, they offered to additionally check what was causing the cruise and steering wheel airbag problems, I asked how much it would cost, they said they would put a relay next to the airbag (they assured me that everything would work ok) it would be about 50 e. They call the next day that your car is fixed, they say they changed the wires (they didn't even talk about them) now everything will work, there are no more errors. The mystical wires cost 50 e on the spot, 120 e + VAT. (it feels like I stepped on the same rake a second time) 🤠What's strange is that the airbag was bought original from the salon, and the steering wheel lights and cruise control were not changed, they drove back from the USA safely. 🤔False assumption about airbag work: 👉They disassembled the steering wheel, looked at the connectors that were not connected or disconnected, connected them and that's it, the errors cleared up, the problems disappeared; 👉Connected the agreed relay; Because there is nowhere and for what to run mystical wires. But everyone needs to live. The conclusion is simple, if you want to be milked like cows, I recommend this service🙃 Recommendation: agree on prices right away when you arrive at the service and do not engage in bargaining, and for the days of the agreed deadline, go through your wallet. By the way, I hope I will no longer have to deal with them, but when I arrived to pick up the car, the battery was completely discharged (although the car is gasoline, it is summer and it was fully charged a month ago), I really hope that the work was done at least somewhat qualitatively and no one is draining the battery...
