Very kind and friendly , very professional and takes his time to explain everything. The problem wasn’t diagnosed correctly. As he thought it is a software reset only needed, 2 weeks later gearbox was done and car stopped driving 🤨
I told we should replace this gearbox….no no no not needed nothing will change. Aha done …..all gearbox kaput it has to be replaced now.

The torque converter of the BMW E60 automatic transmission was repaired. It was arranged just so that the working revolutions of the car would no longer pulsate when driving on a straight road. After the repair, the pulsation decreased but remained. I'm guessing only the oils and the box sump (filter) were changed and the bladder stayed the same and the pulsation went down because of the lube.
When I went to the service center after the repair and said that the work was done poorly and the pulsation still remained, the following answer was received from the service center: "Everything was done correctly, and the pulsation may be because the car's power is increased." It is not possible to come up with a more bizarre explanation.
Before the car was brought in for repair, it was also asked about the replacement of the mechatronic sleeves (Sealing Sleeves). However, he said that no one needs to change them. Although their wear and tear has a strong influence on the switching of rails, since the pressure in the box is no longer created.
This is my experience with this service.
