Unfortunately, our experience with this master (Evaldus) is very sad. First of all, we drove the car to have the air conditioner inspected and the freon refilled, because it simply wasn't there anymore. The "master" identified the problem - a punctured tube. We agreed to repair the car. Since it was very hot, and the local repair was only two weeks away, the decision was made to fill the system with freon and drive until it was our turn. ok of course The system worked perfectly for those two weeks, freezing very hard and we are happy about that. On the agreed day (two weeks later), we left the car to boil the hole in the tube through which the freon might have evaporated. The master assured that we left the car in the morning and could pick it up in the evening. That evening came, I call - I ask why I don't receive a call, can I take the car? The master seems to have forgotten what he promised and answers, - well, if you want to come today, then come... (I won't expand on the "characteristics" of communication anymore. It's difficult to communicate) I'll ask how much money to bring and go to the place. I arrive, and my car is still connected to the "circuits" and Evaldo himself is not there, he has already finished his work (P.S. I flew to the place in 10 minutes), his employee meets me and explains that something is wrong with the air conditioner, it's cold, but not like should, I'll have to open it again. I puff my eyes out, how? on the phone, no one said anything to me. Well, I think it's good that it's just cold, I need the car today, we agree that I'll open it the next day and after paying the money, I leave calmly, trusting the craftsmen. BUT the very next day I realize that the climate is NOT FREEZING AT ALL! We drove the car again... The master arrogantly declares that he knew and immediately said that the air conditioner is not cooling, the filters will be clogged. What? You, dear, did not say half a word that the repair failed! What filters?! it freezes perfectly before the repair, but after a day of "work" the filters get clogged??? not only did not eliminate the problem, but made the situation even worse, this master brazenly adhered to his theory about clogged filters. OK, I really don't know women, but my husband is not a specialist in that field either. We don't know the truth, but trust the master
we can't anymore. We no longer engage in conflict and leave.
We drove the car to another car service, where the technicians assured us that the filters are useless, but that the tube will be overboiled, which reduced the permeability of the cold current. In other words, a master's error.
We call Mr. Evalds, because the gate of his workshop is locked, we remind him of the situation once again and share the insights of other craftsmen. He already admits that the tube may be damaged and we will drive the car in a week, if it is confirmed that the tube is damaged, he will give the money.
Are you kidding me? where are the guarantees that they won't cheat again? will fantasize about whatever they want and demand additional payment.
NO MORE BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN.
