I opened the machine to change the convulsion nozzle and balance the wheels. I also asked to shake the chassis. He did the job well, apart from the fact that he didn't notice that the rear blocks were dead and the disks were on the limit, after 3 days a red error came up that they needed to be changed. The problem is that the screws were tightened in such a way that when it was necessary to unscrew them the next time, not even 1 screw was turned. Out of 10 screws, 2 needed to be drilled, 2 professional heads were loose. Hello, only 2 bolts out of 10 are left. And here are only the rear wheels, it will be the same with the front ones. When I tried to contact them, they laughed and called me clowns, like buy normal tools. The tools were used by professionals, in a normal car repair shop and not somewhere at home. If you didn't turn around with them, then how should you turn back, for example, if the tire goes down far somewhere on the road? The fact that the tightening was too strong. A newton meter should be used for such work. I don't know if some newbie worked or if it just happened that way, but at least they could have apologized instead of being laughed at. Repair will cost €100 + new screws. I'm not asking you to beautify, I'm not sending any invoices, I understand that mistakes happen, but there's no need to make excuses like this.

Lack of work and some losses. Immediately after the repair, after going on a further trip, the rear wheels started to heat up, the pads beat, and the brake discs were damaged. After returning the car to the service center, they did not find the exact fault, but they decided to replace the original ceramic brake cylinders with new metal ones, which did not even need to be changed. I don't drive more than 5 km, the rear brakes still don't work. I come back for the second time, and the position of the service is as follows, I quote: "From the mechanical side, everything is fixed well, you need to look, maybe the abs unit went down, maybe something else is mushrooming...". Understand, we don't make mistakes.. They kept the car for a week(!) without doing anything, when they ran out of patience, they had to take it back and go to another service, and there a defect caused by Auto Moto NG came out: the brake system works in such a way that the rear brakes first, and then the front. At the rear, the brake pads are stacked upside down. I have no idea how this is possible, but the master's comment was exactly that: "In the end, we found the blocks stacked backwards, we exaggerated as it should be". The handbrake needed to be redesigned. The craftsmen find an old ceramic cylinder in the rear wheel!!! I call Auto Moto NG, I ask where are my new cylinders for €114?? They say we put it on the front wheels.. They fix the brakes on the rear wheels, put the parts on the front wheels, without any comments... We would be normal, no one would write such comments, but if you are the ones who caused the mistakes, you insist that it is not our fault, it is the car's fault, and instead of fixing the defect you made, you still manage to detain the car that was returned twice for a week and not even get to it during that week, then you are really behind such circuses worthy of the lowest rating. And finally, we calculate the losses caused by Auto Moto NG: unnecessary replacement of brake cylinders with new ones 114€, repair of the brake system, repair of the defect at another service, with work, with parts 316€, plus expenses for fuel for driving to service stations. In total, the incurred losses amount to more than €450. Whoever reads the comments, be smart, learn from other people's mistakes like mine, save your precious time, hard earned money and never visit these establishments.
