During the entire interaction with the owner, it was felt that he would get angry. Maybe it's a bad day, but in order to learn more about the condition of my car, I was answered quite aggressively (passively aggressively) every time.
First of all, only when I came to the service, I couldn't even tell the problems that I would like to highlight during the inspection. Several times I was even surprised when my wish was answered with the word: "What?!" I kept trying to approach the point of interest, but all my attempts were extinguished by rude communication and indifference.
When I came to pick up the car, I wanted to ask again about the listed shortcomings, but every time I felt almost insulted, how could I not know or how could I not understand.
I finally left, realizing that the vehicle was probably not properly inspected. Of course, it would be possible to justify this only after going to another service, which I will probably do, since the service here was sub par at best.
I'm giving it a 2/5 just because at least a check was done and at least an effort was made, however dismissive, to answer my mundane, useless questions.
P.S. Yesterday I asked for a little oil suction. I had obviously mentioned and even emphasized that the meter shows the correct result when placed with the measurement marks down. Today I check the oil level - the dipstick was inserted upside down, so it showed the level they said (levels between min and max). However, after inserting the gauge in the right way and checking, it was still above the max limit (maybe only 25 mL was pumped, there was a little less oil).

In case of trouble, I suggest you choose something else, ask for help, for which I would have to pay. I wasn't even listened to, I wasn't allowed to say what the problem was with the car and I was asked, and I was offered to come in a week, I didn't even ask to register, every word I said was unheard, and I was only told to come in a week, we don't have time. It was about 3 hours before closing, the only problem was that the two screws of the bottom protection fell out, it was only necessary to screw in new ones, in case of minor problems, there is no help here. The last time the car was redone for a tech inspection, after preparation, more defects appeared, the money was stolen, and it is not possible to fix it. Check which service providers you go to.

As soon as we arrived, he assured us that there should be no other services, only us. But it will be cheaper. It wasn't expensive, but I almost got into an accident when I left - they changed the brake discs, but didn't check - they didn't brake at all. I went back two more times because it still didn't stop. They tried to do something, but in reality I was still left with worse brakes than before. I suggest bypassing such a service, do not think that they can accept you soon. It is better to wait in line at a normal service.
