I was extremely satisfied with the services provided by the Autoferma company.
I am from Kaunas. There was an accident, I didn't know what to do. After the car accident, I applied to Autoferma.
From the first minute of the conversation, I was already reassured and informed about the next steps. The company not only repaired my car, but also transported it and provided a free replacement car (which is very important, because I had to drive not only to and from work, but also to drive my daughter to school and to clubs), and delivered the already repaired car directly to workplace.
I want to sincerely thank all the employees of the company and leave my best recommendations 🙂

We applied to UAB "Autoferma" after an insurance event. I was surprised by the sincerity, professional assessment and attitude of director Tad and the staff. Not only did they repair our car, but they also did the most unpleasant and nerve-wracking job for us, the customers - they took care of the entire claim administration process and provided a free replacement car. I thank the UAB Autoferma team for the quality and professional work! When an accident happens, you are always stressed, lost because you don't know where to start. Tad provided all the information, took care of all the worries with the insurance company, arranged all the paperwork, arranged for the transport of the wrecked car and the provision of a replacement car, so there was no inconvenience of not being able to use my car. He returned the well-maintained car even earlier than the agreed time. I definitely recommend this company, great communication and good work!

I bought a car from AUTOFERMA LTD and imported it to Sweden and everything went perfectly. From the very first moment I experienced a high level of service and flexibility. They allowed a Video conference to show the car and documents that was primarily inspected this way. On a 2nd stage the car was sent to a 1st class inspection passing all the tests and complying with announced condition and features. I received a complete diagnostic report that made me feel very safe and that gave me enough warranty to purchase the vehicle.
I still received help to fix door to door transport for a very reasonable price. All original documents were available, including service book and COC, which made quite easy the registration process in Sweden.
This company and in special the owner are to be trusted 100%, being very honest and transparent and at the same time very professional, when dealing with customers.
The new installations AUTOFERMA LTD has built with all the technical possibilities, increases the confidence I have in this company, that I do recommend for anyone that decides to repair or to buy a car and of course I will be willing to make business again next time I need a car.
As a customer I am very demanding, but in this case I can say that every request was answered and provided accordingly, so there is nothing to complain about. The car is now registered and insured and I couldn't be more satisfied with this business.
