When I called on Friday, they said that there would be someone to look at the car on Saturday until at least 15:00 (and that they usually work all day), when I arrived at 13:30 there was no one in the parking lot. We called the seller, he said that someone would come soon. After 15 minutes, he called back and said that everyone had already left for the sea and no one could come. He said: you should have called in the morning, I received 20 different calls yesterday. Not even an apology.
Agreements mean nothing to the company, just a waste of time. I recommend buying a notebook if you have trouble remembering calls.
