I contacted the car service with a problem of antifreeze leakage on the Audi A3. The mechanics quickly found the cause of the malfunction and fixed it in the shortest possible time. They explained everything clearly and gave recommendations for further maintenance. I am very pleased with the quality of work and attitude towards the client. Thank you for your professionalism!!!

Very poor communication... We tried for 3 days to arrange a leak test of the intake system,
Day 1 - "No problem, we'll do it, we'll call tomorrow at 8:00 a.m. and agree to do it the same day"
Day 2 - 8:00 call to the service - "I'm not there, call at 9:30", 9:30 call to the service - "we haven't watched anything yet, call in an hour." The time is no longer suitable in my plans - we agree that the service will make its own plans and call the following day.
Day 3 - No call.
At the very least, it smells like a very unprofessional service, and if there is a problem with making an appointment, it's scary to think how faults are repaired...

This is one of the reviews where I am really satisfied with the work of the service staff. They fixed the starter in a relatively short time, reliably, no delay, communication with the customer is also good. And most importantly - the price-quality ratio is really very good. Super. Cool 👍🏻

The service was perfectly restored, they provided pleasant service while the car was checked, I drank a delicious coffee and read a magazine. Good and fast masters. Thank you.
