For 5 years I have been looking for a service to fix specific faults related to the electrical installation (Volvo XC60). Even in authorized services, they will fix me with something that did not need to be fixed and we will take the money in peace. This was the last hope and it paid off handsomely! The car has been thoroughly repaired, for a very good price. The communication is also very pleasant, already during the conversation I realized that I was leaving the car in the right hands (finally). I've been driving it for a couple of weeks now and it seems that I can already be calm that they really fixed what was needed :) the service is in an inconvenient place for me, but from now on I will only fix it here. Thank you!

Thank you very much for promptness, empathy and professionalism when an accident happened to a guest of the city of Vilnius. And it's free. Recommendations!

I recently used the services.
Communicated politely, good advice.
I was afraid to travel because of the low rating, but I was satisfied

He writes that he is repairing the steering column. When I called, they asked if it was removed. No, I say it must be removed. When he found out that the car was 30 years old, he refused to repair it. When I asked if they repair the speakers themselves, they answered that they take them elsewhere. What the hell does he write on his www that he is repairing. We can take the removed column to hydraulic services ourselves.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with [Vilnius Autoservisas], and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction with the service I received. After a recent accident, I entrusted my car to this repair shop with the expectation of professional service and a thorough restoration of my vehicle.
However, upon receiving my car back, I was dismayed to discover that not only were the initial issues not properly addressed, but additional damages had also occurred during the repair process. Seeking resolution, I brought these concerns to the attention of the manager on duty.
Regrettably, the manager's response was far from satisfactory. Rather than acknowledging the oversights and taking responsibility for the damages, I was met with denial and a refusal to accept fault. This lack of accountability was both disheartening and unprofessional, leaving me frustrated and questioning the integrity of the establishment.
As a customer, I believe in transparency and expect a repair shop to stand behind the quality of their work. Unfortunately, my experience with [Vilnius Autoservisas] has shattered that expectation. I am left with a vehicle that is in worse condition than when I initially brought it in and a sense of disappointment in the lack of professionalism displayed by the manager.
I strongly advise anyone considering the services of [Vilnius Autoservisas] to exercise caution. The unwillingness to accept responsibility for damages reflects poorly on the shop's commitment to customer satisfaction. I hope my feedback serves as a cautionary tale for others and encourages the management to reevaluate their approach to customer service and accountability.
