If you want a guarantee - then I would recommend avoiding this company. I ordered shock absorbers in September 2024, I received them on time, everything is fine here. They installed one side in the service, and after starting to install the other, the masters called that it was made crookedly... I then asked them to leave the old one, because tomorrow is a trip, I have to leave. Then the real fun began. I sent it back, I had to call every week to ask what the situation was, it was very unpleasant, although they communicated politely. The manufacturer admitted that it was a poorly made product, but then everything was delayed. Lacking patience, I appealed to consumer rights and they admitted that the Parts Base must return the money for the shock absorber and cover the replacement costs. After 6 MONTHS, they returned the amount for the shock absorber, but refused to cover the replacement costs on the grounds (even though an invoice was presented) that the craftsmen could have acted more cleverly, that everything is ok to drive with one shock absorber new, the other old, that adjustment is not necessary... CHEAP MEAT DOGS EAT The price may be good, but the attitude towards the customer when problems occur is pathetic.

I ordered from this store for the first time and I really did not regret it. He arranged everything promptly, called and said that according to the VIN, some of the ordered parts were not suitable and advised which ones were suitable. Delivery was not as promised. Only positive assessment and I hope we will cooperate again in the future. In terms of price, it will be difficult to beat them

I bought a catalytic converter for Honda, the price minus 30% from the closest competitor's offer. The order arrived in Vilnius within 1 day. The master also praised that it is of high quality. TA car passed without any problems.
Maybe you don't need to brag a lot here, the guys will turn their noses up and raise the prices :)

At the moment this is almost the best supplier of parts in Lithuania!
The prices here are very affordable (much lower than competitors). I've been ordering parts here for over a year now and in different assortments.
The parts always arrived original, not fake, well packaged and, as I understand, always checked before shipping.
Dispatch takes 1-3 business days, but if you choose delivery through Novaya Poshta, then it happened that they delivered it within a day.
The phone service is excellent (the only small negative is that they don’t speak Russian on the phone). It is also possible to check whether the ordered parts fit using the body VIN number.
I have ordered, am ordering and will continue to order!
The main thing is that the bar of quality and high level continues to be maintained...

I recommend it, just for the quality of the details. Inv. bought for more than one car. manufacturer's spark plugs in eolte, autoaibeje, intercarse. Both Bosch, Beru, NGK and all kinds of Chinese were bought. I didn't come across the originals in any store - the same bosch, NGK, all fakes. That's why the parts base is commendable, both Bosch and other major manufacturers' parts are original and high-quality. Eolt candles (example) did not last 100 meters in the car, we ourselves were surprised by such a defect until we saw the obviously inaccurate bosch badge in the package, its location.
The parts of the parts base hold as much as they should (candles are just an example, various parts are bought from various manufacturers). It's just sad that there are no branches in other cities, so there are difficulties when you need a detail.
Also the nuances of the page, details to be improved, but the store is the best in Lithuania
