Arrived in Šiauliai from Kaunas with an old Mercedes that was showing an orange engine warning light and that had little pickup. When I would floor the accelerator, virtually nothing would happen. So an Internet search showed me this as the closest repair shop and I decided to see if there was something they could do to fix the problem by Saturday. (This was after noon on Thursday.) After running a diagnostic test on the engine, the owner found the problem and asked me if I wanted to wait a half hour. So thirty minutes later, more or less, I drove off with a car that ran like it was supposed to. The part was €40 and another 40 for labor. The only thing that could have been better would be if I could have paid by card. However I had the cash and was simply happy to get the job done on the spot.
