After registering on April 7 through the nejajuja.lt app on April 12. when I arrived at the specified time, on Saturday, no one greeted me, the gate was closed, there was no call to the service, there was no one to wake me up inside, when I tried to contact the Internet and the phone numbers specified in the app, no one answered, I only received a message:
"Hello, this is GRU Workshop, we cannot answer at the moment. Reserve a time to arrive online..."
I don't even have anything to rate because I didn't even receive it at the reserved time. A message received via the app the day before:
"Balandzio 12 09:00 Master GRU Workshop is reserved for you. Confirm whether you will come..." I have confirmed the registration. At least it would have been nice if they would have announced that they would be doing the infusion on Friday and that no one would be accepting on Saturday morning.

I wanted to write a review about this service and the mechanic Dom – I simply could not help but mention the great experience. In short – WOW! The work done on the Audi A3 exceeded expectations: the automatic transmission was replaced, the EGR valve was repaired, the hoses around the turbine were replaced, the oil leaks were repaired. The mechanic is a true professional, a sincere and responsible person. He carefully searched, coordinated the details and completed the work to the end. Big thanks to this man!
Communication and advice – top-notch, it feels like Dom is trying to find the best solutions both in communication and technically. Overall, 10/10 rating! Thank you for being there and trying so hard for your customers! See you next time :)
