The quality of service and communication with the customer is very poor. After calling, it was agreed to fix the ABS sensor and replace the faulty panel. The first time they only fixed the ABS sensor. They had to take it to replace the panel after two weeks, the car was left for two full days. At the end of the second day of work, they announced that the time was too short, and it would have to be brought in another week. During the conversation, they were unable to name the price, only to say "that it would cost a lot", that "such old machine equipment has been sitting in the trash for a long time", that "I wouldn't bother". When they picked up the car, it was not only unrepaired, but also damaged. The steering wheel trim was scratched, the air duct was broken, the seat was dirty, the panel was crooked, and you could see pieces of material sticking out of it. After this incident, the owner of the service center contacted me, apologized and said that everything would be fixed, that he would supervise the employees himself and replace what he could. That in such a situation, I would only have to pay for the parts. Believing his words, I left the car. I asked to replace the rear brake light, which I brought myself. I received a call that everything was fixed. I looked inside, the steering wheel trim was damaged as it was, the air duct was glued with glue, the view is even worse. I have all the photos. Before leaving the car, 80% of the car was chemically treated and repainted. The car seats were not protected, they had to be cleaned again, and when replacing the rear brake light, the paint was scraped off. Apparently, there was no need to chemically treat the car before taking it to the service center. They told me to come back again and they would definitely fix everything. I have been waiting for over a month, they say that the parts are rare, although they throw them away after putting them in both the garage and the garage. I paid for the panel parts, they fixed it. I don't know if the people working there don't respect girls or older cars or it's just their way, but I don't recommend this service 100% if you don't want to get frustrated, waste your time, buy parts with your own money and look for someone to fix all the damage. Not only do they work with liars, but also employees who work irresponsibly and behave irresponsibly with their customers.

They repaired the passat cc chassis smoothly, quickly, qualitatively and well, the young guys are a serious team, + trust, they handed over the repaired car on Friday, they took the money only on Monday, serious guys know and take care of their field.

Received the same day when the problem occurred, quickly and accurately identified the fault and fixed it. He also additionally inspected and repaired other defects. Pleasant communication, quality work, so I really recommend it.
