I have recently purchased a car from Krasta, Kaunas department, really was astonished buy the quallity and responsobility of the team. I had a great experience purchasing a BMW 3 G20. As it was problematic to find the 3-5 y.o. car fitting my criteria in Latvia, I decided to search for it in Lithuania and found it Bravo Auto / Krasta Auto. As I was looking for a used car, it was crucial for me to buy it at the licenced BMW center, with clear car history. A huge thanks goes to Tomas! He answered all my questions remotely, sent me additional car photos, mentioned all the things I needed to know about the car. So when I came to Kaunas to have a test drive, I already new everything. The car was great & it took me a couple of minutes to make a decision and make a prepayment. It took them ~1 week to prepare the car, go through the Lithuanian Technica Inspection + change brake disks and pads to the new ones, which was included in the car price. I received a car in the condition of a new car, clean, with a fuel tank enough to get back to Latvia, which also is a great bonus. I also enjoyed the fact that even buying a used car in Krasta Auto, you receive all the customer service as you're purchasing the new car from the salon. I will definitely recomment Krasta Auto, and Tomas as a helpful & professional manager. Thank you!

We recently bought a car and traded our old one with Tomas Norvila and Zilvinas Lekavicius at Krasta Auto in Kaunas, and it was a very pleasant experience. The negotiations were fair, and they both went out of their way to provide a good experience for us, by meeting up outside business hours and answering all questions promptly. Highly recommended.
