Very poor communication and competence. The car was parked in the yard for two weeks from the agreed time. Both when calling and communicating live, they kept saying that they would start repairs from tomorrow. It wasn't checked anyway, so I had to take the car back.

Bad experience: 1. He doesn't keep his word and wastes the customer's time. (For 11 days he lied that he would find a problem, but in fact the car was parked in the yard (he explained that the mechanic was busy, he went to a party, etc.) Although I opened the car according to Finally, they found the problem for the third time, we charged 60 euros for it without a check, the amount for the repair is inadequate, they don't know anything specific, it is better to repair it in the garage than there. I do not recommend it, it will waste your time and you will be cheated by a dishonest service director.

It is done quickly, qualitatively and inexpensively. It is always possible to agree on a way that is more convenient for you to leave the car. Wheel alignment and other car services are available in the same yard. New town, center, convenient. I have been repairing only here for years 👍

Change the fuel pump and adjust it badly. Didn't acknowledge the mistake in any way. Even after driving and having diagnostics done at Krasta Auto, who immediately said that the fuel pump was badly adjusted, they still did not recognize the error and called Krasta ignorant. In the end, Krasta repeated the same work even much cheaper than this LK and then everything was fine with the car. They kept postponing their work, saying that it was almost 2 days and they were running out of time. BONUS: managed to split the chains to cover.

I made an appointment to paint the body. A week has passed. Then I wasted another week of time talking and calling about car body repairs. Every day I heard that we would call back today and accept it for processing. This went on all week, and when they called back at the end of the week, they told me that there was a problem with the engine parts.... :D (they even managed to mix up the number) So we couldn't come to an agreement.
