Melga provided us great customer experience! We had problem with the tire and wanted to change it, but they, instead of just changing and taking money, offered to repair it! They saved us money and time and helped the wold to consume 2 tires less!

I’ve been here several times past few years. A few years back with my previous car, they charged me overpriced for parts which order through them. Maybe because I’m foreigner which I didn’t mind much as long as they get it done. Last week, I had Tyre puncture. So decided to bring to them, ended up scratching the rim and didn’t take responsibility for it. Said to me like I brushed my rim (with what? Aluminum brushes?) or I have been to tunnel car wash (which I’ve never brought my car there) I also had photo to prove with them how the rim looked before I brought to their services with the photo taken on the same day. But well 🤷 very disappointed I also washed my car before I went there. The rim on fixing tyre, came back with scratches and very messed up dirty. 👍👍👍 rim spokes, have a big concave, and poke out. The moment you put it upside down or not careful with it, ofc it will scratch if you’re not being careful 🤷 PS: they answered here like they will be responsible for it, but they don’t. I also sent email to main branch, but they ignored my email. This verkiu place already called me that they won’t be responsible for the case. Don’t reply here like you did something for me please. Don’t lie please.

In my opinion Melga service and their product quality is best what you can find nowadays in Vilnius. They cover not only tyre buying/change area, but also in professional car repairs have strong hand (I can proove they can take down full suspension and recover it to automakers specs in 3 days) .Verkiu street Melga for me is top quality guys and you will not find in other shops anything similar, because they check, inform customer, repair and maintain customers car as their own. Great service with no exceptions and prices frankly speaking are better than you can imagine (they pay all taxes and service fees are in VERY reasonable range).

I made an online order and when I came to the shop I learned that there is no tires that O ordered and my order was cancelled. I did not recieve any cancellation SMS or mail and 1 day before they sent me a reminder.
