Had to remove and put back the repaired headlight. The mud guard was found without two screws, the lamp itself was left untwisted from below. There is no place to leave the car, it is obvious that they take on as much as possible and hurry as fast as possible. I won't be back

I will share a Story about Ra service. So 4 years ago I decided to contact the Ra service so that they would install and program LED lamps for me, there were halogen lamps from the factory. So I took the car to Lithuania and left it there, I agreed that it would be done in a couple of weeks, so they put in the lamps and programmed everything as needed (that's what they said at the time). I paid €800 for the work in black. When they brought my car to Germany, I immediately saw that the intelligent lights inoperative panel was throwing an error, the lights on the right side turn off every time for about 2-3 seconds and about 10 times a day. Ok, I call them, they say, bring it, we'll leave, everything would be fine if I didn't live 1800 km from Kaunas. I brought the car half an hour later, they forgot about the problems with the car and the money they made. I agreed that I will leave it for a couple of days and see. They kept the car for a week and didn't do anything because they didn't have time and so I tried to negotiate with them several times, the electrician programming the Mers is on vacation, he's sick, etc. I struggled for maybe two years until I solved those problems, I visited more than one serious electrician company both in Lithuania and Germany, nobody wanted to take it upon themselves to redo the boxes made by someone else. In the end, I discovered by myself that I had to replace the badly connected, unpaired Pins with a cable and completely redo the connections. One wire is broken and twisted and wrapped with insulating tape on the socket. The main problem is why the lamp threw an error and turned off every time, that your dumb craftsman programmed everything wrong. The problem was solved by recoding everything in the Mercedes service. Just because of one inadequate craftsman working for you, it's not enough that 800€ as a score, I don't know how many days have been spent driving around looking for someone to redo everything, buying new parts, such as an org led lamp costing over 1000€, etc.
