I recently bought a convertible car and was lucky enough to get into the wing at an intersection so that I had to peel back the door so that I could somehow get out. Well, I had time to take out comprehensive insurance for BTA. I knew that in such a case, the Autoprogres service would save me. But when I called there, I received an answer that they would accept me only after three weeks... The insurers suggested that I go to their partner company - Remautas. I did not know it and I was afraid that there would be problems there. When I called there, they told me that a place had just become available. When removing the car from the trawl, I almost wanted to cry - it looked so terrible... I just had to call BTA and find out the damage number - everything else was taken care of by the company. Two weeks later he called and said that I could come and pick it up - and I was just amazed to see the car looking as if there was no accident. I took the car to a technical inspection - everything was checked and rechecked, no problems. I am very grateful to director Mr. Aurim and his team - people know their work very well.

Poor quality work, the defect comes out after a few months, I do not recommend it.
