Change the tires, but take the old ones away!!! Must take for free
"With the start of the tire replacement season, we urge residents, car repair shops and tire dealers to properly take care of tires that are not suitable for use. Residents are reminded that when changing tires in car service centers or tire change places (small workshops), the old ones must be accepted free of charge. Car repair shops are prohibited from giving old tires to their users - they, like tire manufacturers and importers, must ensure that unfit tires are disposed of or recycled," says Veronika Masalienė, head of the Association of Manufacturers and Importers (GIA).
