Toptis are honest and can be relied in to Ave any mechanical problem. However a downside is that they will not do electricity work like a malfunctioning alarm system. They will also not renovate parts but always require to change to new parts. There are other places in the same yard as Toptis for these kinds of dirty jobs. Still, I've returned to Toptis for the better part of 9 years already.

It's OK, if you know how to review the service done. The labor is quite cheap here. I paid around 30 euro for an oil change. The issue I had was, basically, they added 5 liters of oil to the car which takes 4.5 liters in total. 0.5 liter excessive oil in a modern engine could cause other problems... I had to come back to the service and fix the issue. The managers seems to be fine and eager to fix the issue. But, as I said, you have to know how to recognise it. Otherwise, my congratulations for having another issue with your car.

Got lamp check before techical check up, they told me everything is fixed. Did not pass checkup BECAUSE OF LAMPS. This is really not professional behaviour. Also, did not got any warranty confirming that lamps are fixed (except verbal) .

I liked the no-nonse approach. Repairs were done on time, prices are fair, staff is friendly and helpful. Advised to switch battery as it was on it's last legs (it was an advice, not a try to upsell, as they do not sell batteries)

Made a cleaning of air conditioning system, no more bad smell. Nice staff and good quality.
