Quick service, recently placed self service terminal for fast registration and payment. Update 2023: registration and payment made online, there you need just get printed ticket to wait for your queue for a few minutes.

Arrived ten minutes before booked time, but had to wait 15 minutes more than my reserved time. They started to use German software to connect cars via OBD and scan for VCN matches with original manufacturer values, so had to repeat this procedure second time.
After 2 years, arrived 2 min before booked time, allowed in on time. Used late evening slot - seems it's faster than day time.

Very well organised Garage, we went to do the VRT test for 10:00 and arrived there at 09:50 and went in to pass the documents and at 10:00 sharp it was out thern 20 min later we were ready and on the way.

Very good service smooth and fast.
Indeed polite stuff.
Need to register before arrival.
Special zone inside to look how your car is checked.
Only could be better conditions for technical workers because inside there zone is lots of fumes. And In my opinion it's not good for their health.
Hope managemant will fix this issue.
