I had to buy a car two years ago. It's a pity that I was naive and believed in every word of the seller.
I'm guessing that the mechanic was done "for money" the first time and without any defects, even though the car was quite old in 1998.
The sold car had a stuck turbine, non-functioning ABS system, front chassis was in an emergency condition, etc. There are still some glitches to deal with.
Advice for others: before buying, go to the service center for inspection or participate in the technical inspection yourself, but not at the time chosen by the seller.

They sell good cars. I bought about 20 cars from this site over the past year and all were in good condition.
