I had my Mazda's 6-speed automatic gearbox repaired, but it broke again after just six months. It was fixed as a warranty defect (for extra pay). Now, year and half later, I’m hearing extraneous noises from the gearbox, vibration when switching gears. This highlights the poor quality of the repair work. The car has only 60,000 km on it.

Cannot answer to technical question by phone, have to write everything on email, takes arround 2 days to recieve reply to basic questions, like when can register or what manufacturer parts they are offering... But worst thing i ever seen is that they are offering transmission oil which is not recommended by OEM manufacturer, when i suggested to bring OEM oil, they said they will not service the car. Replacing and air filter and draining oil takes about two hours... Cant say its best service in Kaunas, unless you have no clue what needs to be done... disappointing of so much lost time for pointless communication...
В Вариатор льют масло которое даже не рекомендует производитель, оригинальное отказываются лить, по сервисной книге производителя замена фильтра 30мин, у них почемуто 2 часа. 3500 руб за 16 болтов на 10 сподходом в две руки....
